1. Who we are
Myceli8 (myceli8.com) is a product of More Motion, a sole trader based in Australia. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service
Myceli8 is a device-first web app. Your signal, your entity and its evolution, profile building, the codex, and the bring-your-own-key companion are free to use. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some features (such as cloud accounts and cross-device sync) are still being built and are not available yet.
3. The signal stays free · upgrades are never pay-to-win
Power, tier, and evolution are always earned through use, never bought. Paid upgrades only add expression, creation, or convenience (for example cosmetic forms and skins). Buying anything does not make your entity stronger.
4. Purchases
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include any applicable GST.
- Purchased items are digital and cosmetic or convenience-only.
- Unlocks are recorded on your device. If you clear your browser or switch devices, use "Restore" on the Upgrades page rather than buying again. Cross-device sync will arrive with accounts.
- Products marked "coming soon" are not available for purchase yet.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy and by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. The AI companion
The companion uses your own API key and sends your messages directly to the AI provider you choose. You are responsible for your key, your usage, and complying with that provider's terms. AI output can be wrong or unsuitable; use your judgement and do not rely on it as professional advice.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse the service for abuse; no unlawful, harmful, or infringing use; no spoofing payments or tampering to gain paid items you have not paid for.
7. Your content and data
Your profile and data stay on your device (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for keeping a backup, since a cleared browser deletes your data.
8. Consumer guarantees and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to those rights, the service is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the courts of Australia.
